James Boag himself drew inspiration from the legend of St. George and the dragon, and the proud knight has symbolised strength, honour and courage on every Boag´s label since 1883. Boag's St. George was first brewed in 2005, and it too went on to glory – winning ‘Gold Medal - International Monde Selection´ in its first year of production.
