Tours depart weekdays. Closed weekends and Public Holidays.

Bookings are essential.

Fully enclosed footwear must be worn.

The tour is primarily designed for adults. Children are permitted on tours but must be carefully supervised.

The tour includes stairs, slippery and uneven surfaces. Therefore, if you have any special needs we would appreciate 48 hours notice to accommodate those needs.

Any reductions or cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour time incur a $10 per person cancellation fee.
